We confirm what is available for your quantity and give you a price, including GST and delivery terms.
3. Confirm your order
Once you approve the quotation, we confirm the order and timeline with you by phone.
4. Supply in Hyderabad
Collect from Balanagar or receive the order at your location in Hyderabad, as agreed.
Getting the best bulk price
- Quantity matters most. Prices improve as quantity increases.
- Standard colours cost less. Stock colours are cheaper and faster than special shades.
- Combine your requirements. One quotation covering several products is often better value.
- Plan seasonal items early. Rainwear before June; blankets and jackets before November; school uniforms before April.
- Share a sample. It avoids mistakes and lets us suggest a cheaper equivalent.

Bulk ordering FAQs
Is there a minimum order quantity?
No — there is no minimum order. Prices improve as quantity increases, so tell us your exact numbers for the best rate.
Are the prices on the website final?
No. Prices marked "Starting from" are indicative prices for the basic specification in bulk quantity, excluding GST and delivery. Your quotation depends on fabric, size mix, customisation and quantity.
Do you charge GST?
Yes. We are a GST-registered business (GSTIN 36AHSPM3669C1ZZ). GST is charged as applicable on the product.
Do you deliver?
Yes — we deliver across Hyderabad. Delivery charges depend on the location and order size and are included in your quotation. You can also collect from our Balanagar shop.
Can you supply items not listed on the website?
Often, yes. Tell us the item, specification and quantity — we can often arrange it through our sourcing network.
Can I order online?
No. We do not take online orders or payments. Every order is discussed and confirmed by phone, so you get the right product at the right price.
