Bulk niwar supply
Niwar (also spelt nawar or newar) is the strong woven tape used to weave cots and charpais, and it is widely used by furniture makers, packers and industrial units for strapping and binding. We supply niwar in bulk rolls from Balanagar.
Cotton niwar is the traditional choice — breathable and comfortable for cots. Polyester and PP niwar are stronger, resist moisture and last longer outdoors. Tell us the width, colour and number of rolls you need.
Call for Bulk OrdersCotton niwar is soft and breathable for cots; polyester/PP niwar is stronger, rot-resistant and better for outdoor or heavy use.
Common widths range from about 1 inch to 3 inches. Cots usually use wider tape; binding and strapping use narrower tape.
Niwar is sold by the roll (typically 25–30 m) or by weight. Confirm the roll length when comparing prices.
White and natural are standard; coloured and striped niwar are popular for decorative cots and retail.
